TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DISPATHER will consistently find loads for carriers provide weekly reports of services rendered. There is no locked in contract between carrier and dispatcher. However, we require a 3 day notice of termination. Direct connecting and entering into a deal directly with a shipper that Carrier connected with through Dispatcher will cause for immediate separation between carrier and dispatching company. No refund will be given for services discontinued. Carrier must fill out Credit Card Authorization and W9 form with dispatch services. Carrier must have their MC/DOT#. If hotshot, box etc., Carrier must be willing to and be in position to pay a down payment on the proper insurance required to accept a load. Carrier agrees to pay Veasey Strong Logistics LLC, upon receipt, a SERVICE FEE of 10% PER LOAD.
